Advance specifications

Prices are expressed in RON. The final price paid by the customer consists of the purchase price of the product, to which is added the cost of transportation. DoDo Shop does not charge any additional fees. All products will be delivered within the limit of available stock. The products presented on the website and in the offers are indicative.

Disclaimer

The products presented on the website are for example, and certain characteristics may differ from the pictures (shade, appearance, texture, etc.). if you think that the information presented on the website about a certain product is not enough for you, please contact us for details before purchasing the product.

The DoDo Shop team tries to present the products as detailed and correctly as possible and to respect the accuracy of the information.

Information, Communications

Those who visit the DoDo Shop website can make comments and any other communications on the contact and/or order forms, or on the e-mail address comenzi@dodoshop.ro as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening or defamatory. If information, materials, documents are sent to us by any possible method including e-mail, post, online forms, it will be considered that the user grants the company the unlimited, free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, to distribute and present this information by any means.

Conditions for returning products

The wish of Dodo Shop is that the products we offer you are in full agreement with your needs. Otherwise, according to Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, "The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product". The notification will be given, signed and sent by you by e-mail to the address: comenzi@dodoshop.ro. In the situation mentioned above, our customers can return, within the term provided above, the purchased product in the original packaging, without showing any signs of damage or wear.

By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered, it means that you agree to these conditions of use and that the products are the ones ordered and meet your requirements. Lapusan Toni-Catalin Intrepreneur Individuala undertakes to return to the customer the sums collected for the returned products, in term of maximum 30 days from the date of cancellation in writing to the package. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The amount returned to the customer does not include transport or refund costs, but only the purchase value of the product. All returned products must be in perfect condition, without being damaged, without visible signs of use and in the original packaging.

Fraud

Any attempt to access personal data of another user or to alter/modify the content of www.dodoshop.ro, to affect the server on which the site runs will be considered attempted fraud, Lapusan Toni-Catalin Intrepreneur Individuala reserving its right to initiate the criminal complaint against those who tried the facts described above.

Placing an order with a false address or false identification data also constitutes fraud. In this case, the competent bodies will be notified to solve the case.

Disputes

Lapusan Toni-Catalin Intreprindere Individuala, owner of DoDo Shop will do everything possible so that all misunderstandings regarding any type of dispute between the parties are resolved amicably by their representatives. If it is not possible to resolve the misunderstandings amicably, the resolution of disputes will fall to the competent court in Romania.
